• all baked good entries need to be placed on a 6" white disposable paper plate and in a one gallon ziplock bag
• all baked good entries will be judged on appearance, tenderness, texture, flavor

General instructions for canning entries

• all enteries must have a lid and ring
• no rust on ring or lid
• entry in correct size jar
• 1 inch headspace for meat
• 1/2 inch headspace for fruit or vegetable
• 1/4 inch headspace for jelly, jam, and juice
• no mineral deposits on the outside
• Must be most current item
